Great App. Everything I need.
Great App. Everything I need.
This app replaces the tv, when I am on the go. I am able to keep up with the news daily on the go.
Way too many ads. There seems to be an ad every 2-4 minutes.. Regular ads plus the canned music with msnbc logo for another 2 minutes. So annoying! They need to fix this.
I like that I can view an entire episode if I want. Most news stations dont offer that option. I work early so I miss one of my favorite shows, Morning Joe. Now, I can watch it on my phone when I get home. I never have technical troubles. Its easy to use and navigate.
Apps I have ever had to use. Logs you out of you television provider constantly. Watching a few hours a day involves logging in at least 3-4 different times. Whoever created this app is either lazy or incompetent.
App freezes constantly. Havent watched more than a couple minutes of live stream because app completely freezes every time. Also navigation is not real intuitive. Love MSNBC, hate the app.
I love the app. Works perfectly for me. Have had no issues thus far. Been using it for a few months now. Im an iPhone 6+ user with Verizon.
I particularly like the on demand shows. When I go to bed early I can still watch on my iPad at my convenience. I dont like having to sign in each time which as been the case so far.
The problem is the app Requires a password every time I go in . why does it not save the password?
Im addicted to MSNBC during this presidential election cycle. I watch on my iPad. Buffering interruptions during live streaming are a too difficult though. I hope to find out how to fix.
All I see is Donald Trump, media sources like this is why he gets more than 1.8 billion dollars worth of free media coverage. Show me something that matters not something that will just potentially increase your views.
Love watching live TV, hate having to sign in via cable provider. Love watching past shows Ive missed, hate that past shows are very limited, if available at all. Understand having commercials, hate seeing the same ones over and over and over and over.....
App claims that it allows viewing of 3 episodes per day. Has allowed 3 per week saying have viewed all episodes allowed in week? Also, cannot pause and resume later. Fox allows streaming but MSNBC which caters to younger, hipper audience does not? Advertisers cannot be happy... App deleted.
Im not sure how I feel about this, it seems the "live" spends an awful lot of time not being "live"; so for the moment Im not giving it the best review. But what I really find frustrating is that I have to go to the iTunes every time I want to open the app, I dont know how to have it pop up on the home page / screen so I can go there directly, if anyone knows, this is for an iPad, Id appreciate instructions . . .
Please update app for picture and picture!!!
There is nothing dull or boring with MSNBC news. I am jealous of Rachel Maddows energy and enthralled by the research and presentation she brings to each program. Her refreshing style is most welcome and I hope she never leaves the show!!
I absolutely cannot stand the horrible jingle that plays during commercial breaks while listening to live TV!!!! Make it silent like Fox News does or play the freakin commercial!!!!! So annoying!!!! App will get 4 stars when that music no longer plays AND picture in picture is added!
My settings are all correct for streaming msnbc live over cellular network but I keep getting a popup that says I need to change my settings. Sooo frustrating!!!
Every time I use this app, I have to grow through the long with providers to get to my cable company and then sign in. The app otherwise functions fine, its just really irritating to have to go through that process every time I want to watch something on the app.
I use this app often to catch up on the MSNBC shows I may have missed. The ads are annoying, but there arent all that many. The only odd thing is that MSNBC did a documentary about ISIS and the Internet that they seem to be quite proud of. Can I access it via this app? Nope. So, theres still room for improvement.
